Why LK

A roof is only as good as its edges.

Most roofs do not fail in the field — they fail at the chimney, the valley, and the wall, where stock flashing almost fits. We bend our own flashing on-site to seal every one of those transitions, then lay standing-seam panels straight and tight over a properly dried-in deck. The result is an envelope detailed to last decades, not seasons.

What we install

  • Standing-seam metal — European, Pro Lock, and Westform systems
  • Architectural and laminate asphalt shingle
  • Custom-bent flashing for chimneys, walls, valleys, and vents
  • Snow guards and ice-and-water shielding for Okanagan winters
  • Full tear-off, deck repair, and underlayment
  • Soffit, fascia, and eaves detailing tied into the roof line

Our Process

Off. Dry. Sealed.

01

Roof Walk & Options

Liam walks the roof with you, measures, and lays out the honest options — panel profile, gauge, colour, and budget — before anything is ordered.

02

Tear-Off & Dry-In

Old roofing comes off, the deck is inspected and repaired, and the whole surface is dried in with proper underlayment and ice-and-water shield.

03

Panels & Flashing

Standing-seam panels go on straight and tight, with custom-bent flashing at every chimney, wall, and valley so the water actually stays out.

Questions

Common Questions

Standing-seam metal — European, Pro Lock, and Westform — for a fifty-year envelope, plus architectural asphalt shingle when that is the better fit for the home and budget. We talk you through the trade-offs honestly.
