Meet Liam
The person who'll actually show up.
Liam Kinders has spent more than a decade building across British Columbia — from coastal rain-screen siding to Okanagan mountain-view decks and everything in between. He earned his Red Seal Certification in 2016, the highest trade credential recognized across Canada, and that is the standard every LK project carries.
LK Contracting was founded to raise the bar for residential and commercial construction in the Central Okanagan — combining large-crew discipline with owner-operator accountability. When you hire Liam, Liam shows up. Beyond client work, LK also contributes to community builds across the valley, most recently as a trades partner on the first bat maternity roost installed in the Okanagan.
